This is Masseria Serra Dell’isola and the home of Cucina in Masseria, Homestay cooking in Italy This is the homebase for our Puglia tours. Owned by Rita Guastamacchia, this masseria (or fortified farmhouse) has been owned continuously by Rita’s family since it was built in the 16th Century!
With meticulous consideration to the environment and this fertile precious land, Rita has created a very special combination of B&B style accommodation, coupled with a cookery school that has guests coming from all over the world to experience this very special slice of heaven!
This is the Puglia that I want to share with you, through the eyes and heart of my dear friend Rita!
